Beatriz Zyne received her Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in Legal Studies from Barry University in 1999, with honors. In 2003, she received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Beatriz served as the Legal Community Editor of the Nova Moot Court Honor Society, and was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association. She also competed at the 1st Amendment Moot Court National Competition in Washington, D.C. Beatriz has served as a Guardian Ad Litem, and received recognition for her Pro Bono work. She participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, and has served as a co-mediator in County Court.

Beatriz was admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2007 and has practiced both in State and Federal Court.

Her practice areas include family law, wills & trusts, business law, insurance claims, personal injury, products liability, and toxic torts. She is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Section, and actively serves her Community as a member of the Junior League of Miami.
