Timothy J. Cuddigan

Timothy J. Cuddigan has been an attorney since 1975, and has fought for the rights of injured clients since beginning his legal career. With over 33 years experience, he has developed successful case preparation, negotiation and trial strategies and has shared his knowledge with his colleagues by teaching seminars and classes. He has participated in several reported cases, Mr. Cuddigan is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Mr. Cuddigan is a sustaining member of National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. He belongs to several professional organizations including the American Association for Justice and the Nebraska Association for Trial Attorneys, having acted as a Member of the Board of Directors from 1990-1998. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates. He has been active in community concerns as a Member of the Institutional Review Board of Creighton University from 1997 to 2006.

Mr. Cuddigan is an alum of Creighton University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1974. He also holds a Bachelor's in History from Creighton University.
