William Foster focuses his practice on bankruptcy law and provides experienced low cost legal representation to individuals filing under either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Prior to representing individuals filing for bankruptcy, Mr. Foster served as an attorney advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration and provided legal counsel to small business owners on an array of legal matters including bankruptcy law. Later, Mr. Foster served as a foreclosure attorney with a large Denver based real estate law firm. Mr. Foster uses his unique insight into the creditor's perspective, having served on the enforcement side of the foreclosure process, to better serve his clients who are either facing foreclosure or are having difficulty making their mortgage payments.

Mr. Foster has experience in successfully negotiating loan modifications and may be able to work out a payment plan with your mortgage company even if you have been denied a loan modification in the past. In the event you do not qualify for a loan modification, keep in mind that under certain circumstances, filing bankruptcy under Chapter 13 may allow you to lower your payments and keep your home.
