Tomkiel & Tomkiel is the partnership of Stanley A. Tomkiel, III, Esq. and his son Matthew Paul Tomkiel, Esq. The firm, originally founded in 1979 by Stanley A. Tomkiel, Sr. and son Stanley A. Tomkiel, III, continues into the third generation the family tradition of helping people injured by accidents and malpractice to secure just monetary recoveries for their losses. The firm represents only injured victims and never insurance companies.
