The Law Office of J. Michael Hostetler is dedicated to serving the legal needs of those in San Antonio and the surrounding hill country. As a general practice, our law firm is interested in providing legal representation for the wide range of legal issues that arises for people. J. Michael Hostetler is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law in Austin. The Of Counsel, Bridgett Brumbaugh, is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law. The firm’s primary focus is employment law dealing with wrongful termination, the ADA, racial discrimination, sexual discrimination, and sexual harassment. In the area of business, our firm will help those with business formations and organizations, the drafting and enforcing of business contracts, trademarks for their business, and copyrights. In addition, our firm concentrates on wills and estates law including drafting will and trusts, handling the probate of a will, guardianships, and power of attorney documents. Our firm also provides representation for criminal cases concerning misdemeanors, DWI and DUI, traffic tickets, felonies, and probation issues and on family law issues such as contested and non-contested divorces and child custody and support. Further areas of interest include health law and personal injury cases, where our firm is available to represent plaintiffs and defendants. The Law Office of J.
