Jeremy Kaufman (J.D., cum laude, Vermont Law School, 2008; B.A., magna cum laude, State University of New York at Buffalo, 2001) re-joined the Greenwald Law Offices in June 2011.  Prior to re-joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office.  His primary area of practice is criminal law.

While in law school, Jeremy clerked for the Hon. Frank J. LaBuda, Sullivan County Court Judge.  While there, he helped draft numerous opinions that were published in the New York Miscellaneous Reporter and in the New York Law Journal.

Jeremy is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in New York State, as well as in the Southern District of New York for federal court.
