Jeremy Kaufman (J.D. Vermont Law School, cum laude, 2008; B.A. State University of New York at Buffalo, magna cum laude, 2001), passed the July 2008 bar examination and is admitted to the New York State bar.  Mr. Kaufman served as a summer clerk to Judge Frank LaBuda in the Sullivan County Court in 2006, and a summer associate at a Rutland, Vermont-area law firm in 2007.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kaufman worked as an operations officer in New York City for one of the largest banks in the United States.
