Lawyer Overview

Mr. O'Neill specializes in commercial litigation, complex product liability, and toxic torts.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. O'Neill worked for American International Group as an Excess Casualty Underwriter and for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies as a Property and Casualty Underwriter.  While in law school, he was a member of the 2006 and 2007 Summer Honors Programs at the Securities Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, where he worked in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (2007) and in the Enforcement Division (2008).  He also was a member of Suffolk Law School's Housing and Consumer Protection Law Clinic.
