Patricia Watson is Of Counsel to the firm, having worked with Stutheit & Gartland since 2001 to assist the firm in the vigorous defense of complex construction defect suits. Ms. Watson also brings a strong background in business law and commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases. Ms. Watson was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1997. Prior to working with Stutheit & Gartland, she practiced commercial real estate transactional and business transactional law, and assisted with general commercial litigation at two other law firms in Denver.

Ms. Watson's expertise is in construction defect litigation, real estate transactional law, and general business law, including drafting contracts, leases and corporate documents.
