Dozier Internet Law Senior Litigation Counsel

Don is a 1982 graduate of the College of William and Mary and a 1985 honors graduate of Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Before joining Dozier Internet Law, Don worked as a prosecutor in Suffolk County, New York , and he has over twenty years of experience as a criminal and civil litigator and has been lead trial counsel in over 100 civil trials. Don is a member of the Virginia, New York and New Jersey bars and the US District Courts of Virginia, New York and New Jersey . His practice has included representing companies of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations, in litigation, disputes, arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Today Don's primary focus at Dozier Internet Law is lead counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in online defamation, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, hacking, and spam cases throughout the country.
