Lawyer Overview

Trey was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 1995, and the State of Michigan in 2000.  He is a member of the Firm's Property Tax and Real Estate Groups.  He counsels clients on property tax matters and represents property owners, managers and lessees before the Michigan Tax Tribunal and State Tax Commission in property tax appeals for commercial, industrial, residential, and developmental properties.  Trey also represents owners and developers in land use and zoning matters, and has a specialty in drafting conservation easements.
