Adam Law joined Baker Hostetler in September 2008. Mr. Law assists clients in a variety of business and corporate matters, most notably in the areas of energy transactions, corporate governance and real estate.

Mr. Law has assisted in the representation of clients in both the public and private arenas, in a variety of different matters. His involvement in energy transactions ranges from in-state leasing of oil field equipment to international asset acquisitions.

Mr. Law has experience representing clients in the development, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. He assists in the representation of a large, publicly held healthcare company with respect to its entire commercial real estate portfolio, comprising approximately 1,500 properties in over 40 states. The majority of Mr. Law’s experience in this area has been concentrated in the negotiation of commercial real estate properties.
