Kati Freeman practices in the business group, where she assists clients in a variety of commercial and healthcare-related business transactions and related matters.

Ms. Freeman’s practice has been concentrated in the field of real estate transactions, where she represents both publicly and privately held healthcare companies. She is responsible for large commercial healthcare-related leased real estate portfolios across the country.

While in law school, Ms. Freeman served as a legal extern at the Methodist Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. She received the Ewer-Oren Health Law Writing Award and was honored with the Dean’s Award. Ms. Freeman also served as the Chief Articles Editor of the Journal of Commercial and Consumer Law.
