Mr. August represents corporations, pass-through entities, businesses and individuals in tax litigation and controversies and advises his clients on structuring transactions in a tax efficient manner.  

Prior to joining Kundra & Associates, Mr. August was a tax associate with Arnold & Porter LLP, where he represented clients in tax litigation and controversies and advised them on corporate and partnership tax matters.

Mr. August is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Prior to earning his law degree, he worked in public accounting for over six (6) years, where he provided tax planning for business entities and individuals, assisted them with filing their federal and state income tax returns, and corresponded with the IRS and state tax authorities to resolve tax issues.
