Lawyer Overview

Ms. Saad earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1997 from the University of Oregon where she double majored in Political Science and International Studies.  In 2000, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law where she served as Associate Editor of Oregon Law Review; and Co-founder of Pangea.

Ms. Saad has extensive trial experience gained during the years she served the public in Oregon as a Deputy District Attorney and later as an Assistant Attorney General.  Ms. Saad has tried 27 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials.  She moved to Los Angeles and became an Associate Attorney of Weintraub & Selth, APC in 2007.

Weintraub & Selth, APC utilizes Ms. Saad's trial experience in its business litigation practice.  Her courtroom talent, persuasive writing skills and keen eye towards analyzing and strategizing over evidence, derived from years of being a prosecutor, enable Ms. Saad to aggressively protect our clients' interests in all aspects of bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy planning. She has also successfully defended consumers and small business owners in lawsuits, allowing them to avoid bankruptcy altogether.
