Ms. MacDowell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Mount Union College, and her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Ms. MacDowell is currently a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio Women's Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association.
