Mr. Hadden has over eleven years of litigation/trial experience in state and federal court, the first five of which involved his working for two large law firms and defending their insurance/corporate clients. Although he still defends various corporations, builders and community associations in the civil litigation setting, Mr. Hadden no longer represents insurance companies. Instead, he predominantly represents individuals and businesses as plaintiffs bringing claims for significant monetary damages.

Having litigated cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Hadden is uniquely positioned to evaluate the legal arguments made by the competing sides, advise you accordingly and press forward with the best course of action for your case.

Whether Mr. Hadden is presenting your case to a jury, negotiating on your behalf at a mediation or handling your arbitration, he prides himself on turning over the stones that others ignore and aggressively representing your interests.
