Spragins Law Offices, P.L.C., was established in 1998 to serve the needs of clients in the metro Phoenix area.  Attorney Alan T. Spragins, an Arizona native who received his law degree at the University of Arizona, began practicing law in 1995 as a criminal defense attorney.  Over the years, Attorney Spragins has remained a steadfast defender of the constitutional rights and civil liberties of individuals accused of crimes in the State of Arizona.  For 13 years in Arizona, Attorney Spragins has represented over 1000 persons with cases ranging from misdemeanor traffic offenses such as DUI to serious felonies such as manslaughter and aggravated assault.
