Lawyer Overview

Mr. Quiroga helps our attorneys with their research and trial preparation, particularly in the areas of analysis of accounting and financial records, forensic account reconstruction, and compliance with securities laws. Mr. Quiroga received a Masters Degree of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Tulane University. He uses his business background and experience in assessing suitability of investments, the accuracy of statements and materiality of omissions in financial reports. He also assists in evaluating claims involving a variety of sales practice abuses such as churning of accounts, unauthorized trading, and other forms of securities fraud.

Mr. Quiroga is a native Spanish speaker. He was born in Uruguay and lived for several years in Argentina and Brazil. He attended the Naval Academy in Uruguay and has extensive experience in the hospitality and private education industries. When not at work, Horacio devotes his most important time to his wife of twelve years and their eleven year-old child.
