Our offices are located on the north side of downtown Orlando and in Kissimmee, near Osceola Parkway. We are approachable and work for the people of Central Florida, not for large corporations or for insurance companies. Unlike many larger law firms, the attorneys that you meet during your initial conference at our firm are the attorneys directly working for you on your legal matter from start to finish. Our focus is the individual needs of each client.

Our attorneys have been trained as trial lawyers. We strongly beleve that aggressive preparation for trial combined with an understanding of our client's needs produces the best result in each case. Before starting their own law firm, Mr. Pardy and Mr. Rodriguez worked in a major Orlando law firm representing large insurance companies in personal injury and insurance disputes. Pardy & Rodriguez, PA, have no insurance company clients and take pride in only representing individuals and small businesses against insurance companies and at-fault parties.

No Recovery, No Fees or Costs.

We represent our clients under a contingency fee agreement - this means that unless we make a recovery for you, you do not pay attorney's fees or costs. Most personal injury cases and homeowner's claims cases against your insurance company are handled by our firm with a contingency fee agreement. You only pay attorney's fees and costs if we make a recovery for you. Our firm pays all costs and expenses, including expert fees, investigation and discovery costs, until the end of a case. At the conclusion of your case, we are paid a portion of the funds recovered as attorney's fees and costs. We never ask you to pay out of pocket to pay for any costs and expenses for your case.
