Attorney Kirkpatrick is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and elder law topics throughout Massachusetts. He takes pride in being a proactive, counseling oriented attorney who strives to educate clients, design custom estate plans that meet client goals and solve the problems clients and their families face when life and the laws change. Attorney Kirkpatrick's Life Plan and annual client maintenance program are innovations in estate planning with trademarks granted from the United States Government.

Prior to opening his practice in historic Northampton, Massachusetts, the business and cultural center of Western Massachusetts, Attorney Kirkpatrick gained experience at law firms such as Mintz, Levin, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo in Boston and large corporations, including Citigroup. Having grown-up in Chicopee and attended Holyoke Catholic High School, Attorney Kirkpatrick decided to open his own firm close to home.

Attorney Kirkpatrick takes pride in protecting the life savings of his clients. His parents and grandparents lived in Holyoke during the lean years of the Great Depression so he is no stranger to the value of savings and providing for future generations.
