Lawyer Overview

Eric is an associate in the Firm's Insolvency and Reorganization Group.  He is a 1999 graduate of Michigan State University, a 2003 graduate with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Dearborn, and a 2008 Wayne State University Law School cum laude and order of the coif graduate.

Prior to joining Jaffe, Eric held positions at DaimlerChrysler, Eaton Corporation, and John Deere where he specialized in the fields of procurement, international logistics, foreign trade, customs, and materials management.  Also, while attending law school, Mr. Novetsky served as an intern for the Honorable Bernard A. Friedman, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services' Office of General Counsel and WilsonYoung, PLC.
