Lawyer Overview

Steven E. Wolfe has represented employees in a broad range of disputes with private and public employers. He has handled cases involving race, gender, age, and disability discrimination, as well as overtime claims, sexual harassment, and retaliation. He has guided clients through severance negotiations, dealt with restrictive covenants in employment agreements, and represented the victims of police misconduct. He has also represented whistleblowers whose employers retaliated against them for disclosing important information. Mr. Wolfe's clients have come from all walks of life, and have included executive vice presidents, police officers and firefighters, government scientists, and small business owners.

Mr. Wolfe is a graduate of Emory Law School. While at Emory, he competed in the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition and the American Bar Association's National Moot Court Competition. Mr. Wolfe obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Prior to joining Buckley & Klein in 2008, Mr. Wolfe practiced law at Parks, Chesin & Walbert, P.C., where he developed a diverse practice ranging from employment issues to commercial litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in all of Georgia's State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Wolfe lives in Atlanta's East Lake neighborhood with his wife, dog, and two cats. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, classical music, history, writing, and photography.
