Mr. Foulke opened the office after serving many years as a trial litigator for two of the country's leading defense law firms in New York City. Foulke Law Offices represent clients throughout the Hudson Valley and the New York metropolitan area, including New Jersey. Evan M. Foulke earned his law degree (cum laude) from Albany Law School in 1990, where he served as editor of the Albany Law Review. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Foulke worked as an associate with two large New York City law firms practicing civil litigation before state and federal courts on behalf of insurance companies and defendants.

From 1990 to 1995 Mr. Foulke practiced in the civil litigation department at Kelley Drye & Warren, one of the country's premier defense law firms (employing over 400 lawyers) located at 101 Park Avenue, New York, New York. While at Kelley Drye & Warren, Mr. Foulke practiced civil trial litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

As a result of his prior experience defending the interests of large companies and insurance carriers, Mr. Foulke gained valuable insight into the approaches a defense attorney may take when defending insurance carriers. In his own practice, Mr. Foulke provides personal service and attention to every client. In order to insure that every client receives the representation and dedication to which they are entitled, Mr. Foulke selects only a portion of the cases brought or referred to him.
