Diane Cooper has experience in advising clients on a broad range of pension and welfare benefit issues. Her practice includes assisting clients with the design and drafting of qualified retirement and welfare benefit plans, working with governmental agencies regarding plan qualification and correction of plan defects, and advising clients with respect to plan compliance and fiduciary matters. Prior to joining Jones Day, she was ERISA counsel for a national banking association.
