Lawyer Overview

Mr. Weber joined Heideman, McKay, Heugly & Olsen, L.L.C. after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law in May, 2008.  He works with the Firm's commercial practice group.  Prior to law school, Mr. Weber graduated from Brigham Young University in Russian and Business Management.   

During law school, he served as an Associate Editor and Director of Relations of the Idaho Law Review.  In 2006, Mr. Weber worked as a summer law clerk at the law firm of Fillmore Spencer, L.L.C. in Provo, Utah, and clerked for the General Counsel of the Utah Telecommunications Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) in Salt Lake City, Utah.  In 2007, he externed for the Honorable Larry M. Boyle, United States District Court for the District of Idaho in Boise, Idaho.  As part of his practice, Mr. Weber is a licensed mortgage officer.

Mr. Weber was born and raised in Boise Idaho.  He and his wife, McKenzie Edgington of Orem, Utah, reside in Cedar Hills with their daughter and son, Riley and Jackson.
