Lawyer Overview

Francesca advises Italian and international clients on transactions concerning the acquisition, sale, and development of retail, residential, and industrial properties as well as on the acquisition of equity stakes in real estate companies and the contribution of real estate portfolios into real estate funds.

Francesca has acquired a significant amount of experience in drafting and negotiating real estate contractual documentation, including agreements for lease, construction, facility and security packages, property and asset management, and engineering and design.

Before joining Jones Day, Francesca worked in the real estate departments of NCTM Milan and DLA Piper Milan.
