Doug is a Utah native, licensed to practice in Utah and Idaho. Doug received his Bachelor of Science from Weber State University, graduating cum laude, and a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. After graduation, Doug practiced for nearly two years in northern Idaho, gaining experience in the areas of business litigation, estate planning and corporate formation and governance. His practice will continue to focus in these areas, as well as banking, real estate, and collections matters. Doug is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Idaho and Utah. Prior to law school, Doug spent 10 years in retail management, which has provided him with a greater understanding of the matters facing the business owner.

Doug is married and has three young sons, who provide him with great joy and lots of exercise. He enjoys golf, family, serving in his church, BYU Football and was an Eagle Scout.
