At Ty & Goldblatt, LLC, our clients come first. Every client is treated with respect, understanding, and courtesy, regardless of the magnitude of your legal problem.  We also strive to provide our clients with no-nonsense, straightforward advice, as well as zealous, knowledgeable and cost-effective representation.  We treat every legal issue, whether it is a highly contested divorce matter or a small claim, with equal importance, as we understand that every client's problem deserves our 100% attention and focus to achieve the best results.  

Mr. Ty and Mrs. Goldblatt are dedicated to providing their clients with the most fair, accurate and zealous representation.  Combined, they have over 25 years of legal experience, as law clerks, legal assistants and finally, as attorneys.    They pride themselves in being able to get the best result for their clients based on the realities of the relevant law.  They make sure to uphold the professionalism and ethics of the legal profession by giving their clients representation based on a realistic and accurate application of the law to the specific facts of each legal matter, not simply telling their clients what the client wants to hear.   

Our attorneys have represented clients in Maryland District and Circuit Courts, the Court of Special Appeals, and in the District of Columbia Court system.  The firm has represented career airline pilots, other lawyers, military members, teachers, nurses, and other professionals.   

Mr. Ty attended high school, college, and law school in Maryland.  He supported himself while going through school by working and joining the U.S. Army Reserve. 

Mrs. Goldblatt attended college at the University of Buffalo and law school at Catholic University.   The two met in 2003 while working as attorneys for a large Baltimore County firm that represented thousands of clients in all areas of the law.   Mr. Ty opened the firm in July 2008, and Mrs. Goldblatt and he became partners in June of 2009.    
  
In addition to having years of experience in divorce, custody, and child support cases, our attorneys have also represented numerous clients in criminal matters, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, estate planning, business formation, appellate cases, traffic matters, cases against health insurance companies, and in other areas of civil law.  As such, please make sure to call us to ascertain if we can help you with your legal problem.
