Sabrina Winters is a licensed North Carolina attorney. Mrs. Winters is also admitted to practice law in New York. She graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1998. She began practicing law full time in 1999 in Minneola, New York. Between 1999 and 2004, Attorney Winters worked as an associate in private practice focusing in the Estate Planning and Probate and Administration. In addition, she dedicated her efforts in assisting individuals in Guardianship proceedings being appointed Court Evaluator on numerous matters. Mrs. Winters also assisted her Guardianship clients in Medicaid Planning, in order to secure continued receipt of government benefits. Attorney Winters also handled residential real estate closings for both purchasers and sellers of New York properties.

In 2004, Mrs. Winters moved to North Carolina and did support work for a Charlotte, North Carolina attorney, in the area of Estate Planning and Probate and Administration, while preparing to take the North Carolina Bar Exam. Admitted to practice law in North Carolina in 2005, Mrs. Winters founded Sabrina Winters, Attorney at Law, PLLC., shortly thereafter. She continues to focus her practice on assisting families with their Estate Planning needs as well as handling Probate and Administration for families whom have lost loved ones.

Mrs. Winters is fluent in reading, speaking and writing Italian and remains able to assist those clients in need of a fluent Italian attorney.
