Law Firm Overview

Tony Malley is a graduate of The University of Texas Red McCombs School of Business and a graduate from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He is an associate in the Beaumont, Texas office of Moore Landrey, L.L.P. where Mr. Malley represents individuals and businesses in a wide array of personal injury and civil litigation, including toxic torts, industrial accidents, railroad accidents, Jones Act claims, wrongful death actions, real estate disputes and contract actions. Prior to joining Moore Landrey, Mr. Malley managed a caseload of approximately 4,100 plaintiffs in asbestos litigation with a trial docket of hundreds of individual trial settings for both manufacturers and premise cases in Jefferson, Orange, Galveston, and other counties in Texas.  Mr. Malley has tried cases to verdict in both personal injury cases and breach of contract disputes.
