I have over thirty (30) years experience practicing law and have been licensed in the State of Florida since 1994. I represent Buyers or Sellers in real estate transactions and process the transactions from the very early negotiations of the purchase contract through and including the closing of the purchase. I write title insurance in real estate transactions, including mortgage refinancings.

I represent personal representatives, executors, and trustees, as well as beneficiaries, in probate and estate administration cases. I have represented individuals through both contested and uncontested probate proceedings.

I represent buyers or sellers of businesses in both stock and asset transactions. I have served as closing agent in numerous asset sale transactions and establish corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships or other entities for individuals who are engaging in commercial activities or making a purchase of the assets of another's business.

As an estate planning attorney, I write wills, trusts (both living trusts and irrevocable trusts), qualified personal residence trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate appointments, and other estate planning documents.

I represent individuals and their entities in litigation over business transactions, real estate issues, probate and estate administration disputes, and other general business or commercial litigation.
