Lawyer Overview

While in law school, Jeremy was very active in moot court, serving on the executive board of the UCLA moot court honors program. He also represented UCLA in the Witkin Institute's 2008 Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court competition, winning the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers Award for Best Brief and the Bernard E. Witkin Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, awarded to the team with the highest combined score in the written brief and oral argument competitions.

Prior to practicing law, Jeremy developed extensive experience in the insurance industry as a claims professional, negotiating favorable casualty settlements on behalf of a major national insurer.
