Nicole’s professional experience includes providing pro bono legal assistance to non-profit organizations in North Carolina through the Duke Law Community Enterprise Clinic. Nicole assisted these organizations with obtaining 501(c)3 exemptions with the Internal Revenue Service, helped facilitate the creation of the first mobile home park co-op in North Carolina, and provided a legal audit for a Durham community charity. At Foster Pepper, she will focus her practice on real estate transactions and dispute resolution, assisting with the representation of multiple listing services and real estate brokerages as well as buyers, sellers and developers of real property.
