The Border Crossing Law Firm, P.C., is a full-service law firm focused exclusively on immigration law. At our office in Helena, Montana, attorney Shahid Haque-Hausrath advocates on behalf of immigrants throughout the state and nationwide. Mr. Haque-Hausrath has focused his entire career on helping disadvantaged immigrants. In addition to his membership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association, he also serves as vice-chairman of the Montana Human Rights Network. He works with the Montana Legal Services Association and other nonprofit organizations dedicated to assisting low-income and under-represented individuals. In 2009, the Montana State Bar Association recognized his generous services in granting him the Neil Haight Pro-Bono Award, given to attorneys who demonstrate the greatest commitment to pro-bono work. Mr. Haque-Hausrath is a strong advocate for fair and comprehensive immigration reform.
