In addition, we also represent our clients in the areas of unpaid overtime and minimum wage law as well and retalition and whistleblowers claims.

The firm can also provide preventaive training and auditing in the areas of workplace harassment, wage and hour compliance, the FMLA, ADA, retaliation, hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, diversity and employee retention.

Our non-litigation services include representation of union members and assisting business/employer clients with day-to-day employment related matters, handbooks and policy manuals, supervisor training and contract drafting.
