Managing Attorney, Deborah Frimmel, has almost fifteen years of experence as a lawyer with top national law firms and has represented some of the largest and most prestigious corporation in the United States. Focusing her practice on representing those employers in the state of Florida, Ms. Frimmel has obtained the valuable perspective and experience necessary to provide only the highest quality legal services to the firm's clients.

In addition, we also represent our clients in the areas of unpaid overtime and minimum wage law as well and retalition and whistleblowers claims.

The firm can also provide preventaive training and auditing in the areas of workplace harassment, wage and hour compliance, the FMLA, ADA, retaliation, hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, diversity and employee retention.

Our non-litigation services include representation of union members and assisting business/employer clients with day-to-day employment related matters, handbooks and policy manuals, supervisor training and contract drafting.
