Lawyer Overview

Peilin Liu has worked on projects involving inbound foreign direct investment and outbound investment by Chinese companies. She also has experience in tax, capital markets, and real estate law. Her clients have included both multinational and Chinese companies.

Before joining Jones Day's Shanghai Office, Peilin worked as a paralegal in the Firm's New York Office and also interned with a New York boutique law firm, where she assisted multinational clients on matters involving tax, marital property, and funding arrangements.

Peilin is a Shanghai native, and she is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Shanghainese dialects) and English.
