PROTECTING PEOPLE WHO ARE INJURED. Attorney Stephen M. Reck strives to protect the rights of the injured by properly preparing their case and, if necessary, taking their case to trial. Attorney Reck works towards maximizing his client's recovery. His staff is easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of when there are questions. Attorney Reck has full time, experienced paralegals to assist you, gather your medical records, and help organize your case.

INSURANCE COMPANIES CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND THEY OFTEN MAKE LOW BALL OFFERS TO TRY TO SETTLE THE CASE. Many times it takes an attorney with significant jury trial experience to take the case to court in order to properly protect the rights of an injured person. Many times the insurance companies have offered Attorney Reck's clients nothing or almost nothing, yet Attorney Reck won their cases by rejecting the insurance company's offers and by taking his client's case to trial.

Often times a case can settle without going to court, but the Attorney must be ready to take the case to court if necessary. Attorney Reck has worked with medical experts, economists, and liability experts from all over the country. These experts are often used at trial to prove his client's case.

Attorney Reck has been asked by other attorneys and bar association's to lecture on jury selection and trials. For several years, he also acted as adjunct professor at Quinnipiac College School of Law where he instructed students in "Legal Skills."

In order to assist us in our injury cases and in our medical malpractice cases, we have an in-house doctor Joseph P. Zeppieri, MD. Dr. Zeppieri practiced as a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon for over twenty-five years. He recently passed the Connecticut Bar Exam and will continue to work with Attorney Reck.
