Lawyer Overview

Prior to practicing law, Henry had an extensive career as a professor of electrical, computer, and software engineering and taught courses ranging from electrical circuits to computer graphics, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and software engineering methodology. In addition, he mentored dozens of senior design and graduate projects. He also maintained an engineering consulting practice, holds three patents, and served as a technical expert in several legal matters. He holds a registration as a professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.

While attending law school, Henry authored two articles: "The Experimental Use Exception and Undergraduate Engineering Projects," 12 Marq. Intell. Prop. L. Rev. 409 (2008) and "From Caveman to Cave Protector: The Quest for Responsible Cave Protection Legislation," 38 Env. L. Rep. 10089 (2008).
