Law Firm Overview

Melinda's practice is devoted primarily to domestic relations which includes divorce, child custody, and paternity issues. She feels that in her practice she is helping people through an extremely difficult period of their lives by providing caring and competent legal services. She also practices in the areas of criminal defense.

Melinda and her husband Terry have lived in Lake Havasu since 1998. They have two daughters, Serena and Sofia.

Melinda is a 1997 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law, where she was designated a William H. Leary Scholar. She also received the Utah Bar Foundation's Ethics Award.

Admitted to bar, 1999, Arizona; 1999, U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
