Hannah Mills advises on corporate and employment law. Her practice focuses on private and public treaty mergers and acquisitions, labor, employment and employee benefits, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Hannah is involved in drafting a wide range of transactional documents in mergers and acquisitions, completing and reviewing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, drafting due diligence reports, undertaking company secretarial tasks, managing completion mechanics, drafting recommendations, and liaising with clients.

Her experience in labor and employment has involved drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment contracts and post-employment restraints and advising on termination of employment and redundancy issues. She also assists with advising on compliance with Australian employment and industrial laws and the localization of foreign workplace manuals, policies, and employee share plans and benefits. In addition, Hannah is involved in the mediation of employment and labor-related disputes and provides support in mergers and acquisitions, including advising on transmission of business issues.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2007, Hannah worked as a paralegal in a boutique Australian law firm.
