Martin & Lerda has been in practice since 1982. Our primary area of practice is personal injury. We represent injured people and their families and personally take the person from the accident and reconstruction to prosecuting their case to the jury. Practice includes (but is not limited to) auto accidents, defective products, medical negligence, and animal attacks. We also handle significant probate wills, social security, and worker's compensation.
