Lawyer Overview

Daniel Zohny is an associate in the Firm's litigation and Corporate Departments. Daniel focuses his practice on Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment law. He handles both litigation and transactional matters. Daniel speaks Arabic, English and German fluently. In addition, he is conversant in French and Italian.

Daniel received his law degree from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He also holds a Master of Law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Daniel concentrated on Trademark and Copyright Law and graduated first in his L.L.M. program in Intellectual Property Law.

Daniel is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in his home country of Germany. Furthermore, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association, the New York State Bar Association and the German-American Law Association.
