Paul's experience includes providing extensive assistance in resolving state and local tax disputes in the areas of corporate income/franchise tax, sales and use taxes, personal income tax, and abandoned and unclaimed property. Paul has advised clients regarding corporate income/franchise nexus, apportionment, unitary/combined reporting, corporate transactions, and negotiation of voluntary disclosure agreements.
