Sjoberg & Associates continues to be the only law firm located in Ham Lake, Minnesota, and prides itself on its close ties and involvement with the northern metro area communities. The firm's goal is to provide its clients with first-rate, economical, and individualized legal services while maintaining its vision as a hometown law firm for hometown people.

In 1995, Kenneth M. Wasche, established a law practice in Ham Lake, Minnesota in order to better serve the surrounding community. The firm's vision and success led to the expansion of the firm's criminal and family law practice in 2003 when David Sjoberg joined the firm.

In 2006, Sjoberg & Associates added Aaron Vande Linde to replace Mr. Wasche as the small business counselor and civil litigator. Furthering the firm's growth, and in order to offer the surrounding community a wider array of legal services, Jennifer Starkey joined the firm in 2007 to provide estate planning, probate and bankruptcy services for our clients.
