Lawyer Overview

As a capital markets lawyer, Claire Malrieu specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private and public offerings of securities, and general corporate and securities law matters.

Having practised in France and in the United States (New York City), Claire has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition matters involving French-listed companies and high-profile transactions. Her most recent engagements include the representation of listed and private companies and investment banks in tender offers, mergers, stock and asset purchases, going private transactions, and public and private offerings of securities.

Since 2007, Claire has had an active role in the work of the company law committee of the CCBE (the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe). She has written several articles and has participated in conferences pertaining to finance law.
