Lawyer Overview

Eliot Harris is a Senior Associate in the Seattle office. Mr. Harris is a litigator, with a focus on mass torts, product liability, insurance, and catastrophic personal injury. His past successes include favorable results in numerous high-profile cases, many times by outright dismissal. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Harris assists as coordinating counsel for various national clients involved in toxic tort litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Harris is frequently asked to judge moot court competitions at Seattle University School of Law and the University of Washington School of Law. He also volunteers regularly at the Greenwood Legal Clinic in Seattle.
