Justin Chia-heng Seetoo's practice at the Firm includes mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters, as well as support in international litigation proceedings.

While in law school, Justin was a law student member of the American Bar Association Section of International Law, and he actively participated in the formulation of the joint comments on the People's Republic of China's 2007 "Guidelines on Antitrust Filings for Mergers & Acquisitions of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors." The guidelines are a collaborative effort of the ABA sections of international law and antitrust law and were submitted to the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China on March 20, 2007.
