Peter is an international commercial litigator who specialises in resolving complex commercial disputes. While maintaining a diverse practice, Peter has particular experience in the following industries: banking and finance, biotechnology, and transport.

Peter has acted for clients in proceedings before the superior courts of Australia and in arbitrations and commercial settlements of disputes. Peter's major cases have included defending proceedings regarding allegations of breach of corporate duties by company officers arising from one of Australia's largest corporate collapses, running an urgent interlocutory application in the Federal Court of Australia regarding a patent dispute, conducting an examination in the Supreme Court of New South Wales of a company director to examine allegations of mismanagement, and acting for companies that have been the subject of various government-initiated commissions of inquiry, including Royal Commissions.

Before joining Jones Day, Peter worked at a leading Australian firm.
