Lawyer Overview

Ms. Hernandez began her career as an attorney in 2003.  Since then, she has dedicated her practice of law solely to the representation of Social Security Disability claimants.  Ms. Hernandez' experience includes advocating for claimants' benefits in hundreds of administrative law hearings across the country, including the States of Hawaii and Alaska.  Ms. Hernandez has also represented claimants in all four District Courts of Texas.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish.  Ms. Hernandez joined Morgan & Weisbrod in May 2008 and now represents claimants in our Dallas office.
