Prior to joining Jones Day in 2008, he practiced in the fields of intellectual property, including patent litigation, license agreements, and brand protection; real estate securitization; and employment.
Hidejiro is a member of Intellectual Property Law Study Group of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association and is coauthor of "New Discussions of Copyright Law" (2008) and "Comparison of Japanese and the U.S. Patent Law" (2009). He works with clients in Japanese and English.
